PRE-DEVELOPMENT TREE SURVEY
The client, a multi-national real estate company, required a tree survey at the Industrial Estate to inform future proposals for a mixed-use development. We produced an Arboricultural report, written in accordance with BS5837:2012 Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction
– Recommendations, which outlined the suitability of the existing tree stock for retention within a future development and provided relevant management recommendations.
A Tree Constraints Plan accompanied the report which will aid the design process at the master planning stage. The level of detail provided will aid the decision making process to assist in maximising the developable area whilst preventing foreseeable conflict with any of the valuable arboricultural and landscape features on the site.
